Kathryn and Jack's daughter has developed an unusual ability that puts their family in danger.
After Janeway’s physical death Lady Q takes her spirit away with her („Before Dishonor"). About a year after the memorial ceremony at the monument dedicated to Kathryn Janeway and after Chakotay's resignation from Starfleet ("Full Circle") VOYAGER set a course for the Delta quadrant accompanied by a small fleet ("Full Circle", "Unworthy"). Shortly after the beginning of his mission, the crew experienced mysterious things as a seriously injured pilot of a shuttle is saved by VOYAGER.

Zusammenfassung:
Nach deren physischem Tod nimmt sich Lady Q Janeways Seele an und nimmt sie mit sich fort („Before Dishonor“). Ein gutes Jahr nach der Trauerfeier an dem ihr gewidmeten Denkmal und Chakotays Austritt aus der Sternenflotte („Full Circle“) nimmt die VOYAGER mit einer kleinen Flotte Kurs auf den Deltaquadranten („Full Circle“, „Unworthy“). Kurze Zeit nach Missionsbeginn erlebt die Crew mysteriöse Dinge, als der schwer verletzte Pilot eines Shuttles von der VOYAGER gerettet wird.
