You know how to write NC-17! By some writers such stories are just boring, but yours definately not - it's passionately and beautifully written. Please keep on writing such wonderful stories.

I've had about...5 different feelings since the time I got the e-mail that you'd posted a new story on ff.net :)
1) Joy, because I think you're a talented writer and I love your stories
2) Guilty (pleasure) because I was happy there was another J/C love story with an M rating ;)
3)A tad uncomfortable the first time I read the part with Kathryn masturbating, but that feeling was a bit negated by the fact that it wasn't written in a gross way. It was just...good, made it seem pretty normal.
4)Excitement, when Katie was about to get it on with Chakotay
And then 5...I must admit (and I'm a bit ashamed for saying this) that I thought: Where is the hot wild monkey sex they're supposed to have now???? It was very well written, that is not the point, but the scene where they make love seemed a bit out of touch with the rest.....
Author's Response: First of all, I appreciate you reading my work very much and taking the time to write out your thoughts. I treasure the criticism as much as I do the positive feedback. It's a chance to communicate and I love that. And I'm relieved that you gave the masturbation scene a chance. Here's three reasons why the story ended the way it did SPOILERS AHEAD - (1) It's a comedy and this is usually how I write comedy (See "The Pleasure Principle's ending); (2) The masturbation scene IS the 'wild monkey sex' of the piece, since J/C are present for it; and (2) I wrote it as a birthday present for someone who has pointed out to me that she likes being able to use her imagination with regards to endings. I could be very graphic at the end, but since this is a gift for her (and according to her tastes), I decided to be more restrained. Thank you so much for continuing to support me by reading my work. I guarantee you that there will be more smut (and 'wild monkey sex') to come!
