Life could be so easy if it would be without all that misunderstandings...

I always wondered about the scene in the brig when Seven hit the Captain.  Janeway looked like she was in enormous pain so I expanded on that idea.

An away mission going wrong

In the episode The Killing Game, things could have gone differently if Seven really had been a spy.

Zusammenfassung: 2378. Die Voyager ist zurück auf der Erde. Nach einem gemeinsamen Besuch des Denkmals für ein Massaker an Maquis und ihren Familien im Dominion-Krieg auf Tevlik's Moon "entführt" Chakotay Admiral Kathryn Janeway zu einem "Zwangsurlaub" auf seinen Heimatplaneten Dorvan V, da er der Meinung ist, sie brauche ein bisschen Abstand zu Starfleet ihrer Gesundheit zuliebe.

Nicht nur der Besuch des eindrucksvollen Denkmals lässt beide die vergangenen 7 Jahre Revue passieren und über ihre Beziehung nachdenken.

Vorgeschichte zur Einleitung für diejenigen, die „Homecoming“ nicht kennen:

Chakotay bat Janeway, ihn bei einem Besuch von Tevlik’s Moon an Bord seines „Alpha Flyers“ zu begleiten. Tevlik’s Moon war eine geheime Basis des Maquis. Auf diesem Mond töteten die Cardassianer während des Dominion-Krieges 4256 Männer, Frauen und Kinder. Ihnen wurde dort von ehemaligen Maquis aus eigenen Mitteln ein Denkmal gesetzt

Zusammenfassung: Fortsetzung zur  Episode Shattered

Janeway und Chakotay wird bewusst, wie nahe sie sich stehen durch die vielen gemeinsamen Erlebnisse und wie kostbar die    Zeit ist, die ihnen vielleicht nur noch bleibt. …keine Gefahren, keine Verletzten…einfach ruhige Tage auf der Voyager mit Zeit, zu sich selbst zu finden.

A vignette that’s pure Chakotay.

This story was inspired by the movie of the same name.  Chakotay must chase after the people that have taken his family.

   Kathryn offers a few pointers, but Chakotay has another game in mind.

Years after Voyager's return to the Alpha Quadrant, a random act of violence threatens to destroy Kathryn and Chakotay's life together.

Voyager has managed to escape the void, but the depression that threatened to suffocate Kathryn while they were stranded, will not be shaken.

Last in the seasons series that started with The Swing, followed by Shooting Stars and Cloudless Climes.

If Alpha Chakotay can’t have Kathryn, no one will.
