The Janeway Lives! Challenge - No real deadline!

I've created a story challenge over at VAMB. Not a member? No worries.

Basically, the thing is that Pocket Books (from herein known as "Those Idiots Who Will Not Be Read" or TIWWNBR) have killed off Janeway. The jerks. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to resurrect her. Any damn way you like. But she's gotta be alive and Janewaying at the end of the story.

The deadline (no pun intended) isn't a deadline at all (so no excuses). The prizes? Well, so far it's chocolate and jelly babies. But if it's on sale in Australian sweet shop, it's on the table.
